It's been seven months since Charlie Sheen confirmed his HIV-positive status, but it seems the A-lister is truly doing okay.
On Sunday, the Two and a Half Men alum sat down with Piers Morgan for a chat at the Theatre Royal in London and gave the journalist an update on his health. As you may recall, Charlie initially announced his diagnosis to the world during an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show back in November 2015.

These days Martin Sheen's son is taking a drug called Pro 140 to help treat his symptoms. On his medicine, Charlie shared:
"It is the future of HIV treatment, no doubt. It's one shot a week. I feel lighter, I feel younger, I feel smarter, I feel sexier."
Well that's good to hear! While Charlie may seem to be in good spirits, the 50-year-old has certainly dealt with some drama since opening up — especially since his ex Bree Olson claims he never told her about his HIV-positive status.
Nonetheless, Charlie is vehement that he told everyone he had unprotected sex with about his diagnosis. He added:
"I never [lied], because I wouldn't do that to someone. I would not. I wouldn't do that."
Hmm, whatever you say!
Regardless, we are truly happy to hear that Charlie is happier and healthier since dropping his major truth bomb.
