Whatever Jenna Dewan-Tatum is doing is definitely working!
The 35-year-old beauty graces the cover of the July/August issue of Women's Health — and she reveals what exactly keeps her in tip-top shape (other than staring at Channing Tatum, of course).
Believe it or not, the dancer-turned-actress isn't living in the gym all hours of the day.
The momma of three-year-old Everly shared:
"I love 45-minute power workouts. I get in, do my thing, and then I'm able to go pick up Everly from school. It gives me energy."

Miz Dewan-Tatum said that classes or training sessions — as opposed to individual workouts — keep her interested:
"I need somebody to motivate me. I like the motivation of having somebody watching over and giving me inspiration."
But you don't get her insane physique just from exercise — Jenna insisted her vegan diet is equally as important.
Although it works for her, she hasn't been able to get Channing on board:
"He really did try to be vegan for six months. The guy doesn't like vegetables, which makes it tough. It was hard in the beginning because you want someone to be on the same page, but you've got to let people be themselves."
Well, we don't think he should change a thing… and neither does his love!
Jenna relishes in the fact that other people swoon over her man:
"I think he's the sexiest thing in the world, so of course I get why other people think it. It's always fun and we laugh about it."
Good, ’cause we ain't stopping anytime soon!!!!
