OK, so they're together, but not like together together...
But -- and there's always a but -- the pair

Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson may've cut Brooks Ayers out of her life, but she's also eliminated 22 pounds off of her body!
It's true. After ending her controversial romance with Brooks, the Bravolebrity turned to an extreme diet plan where she only consumed 500 calories a day.
The 54-year-old explained to Entertainment Tonight:
"It was over a three-month period. I cut out all alcohol … [I was down to] 500 calories a day. No carbs, so I just did lettuce and grapefruit in the morning … celery, carrots, whatever it could be. Just very raw, and then nothing really for lunch. I would just do water, lemon water. Hot lemon water. And then at night, I would just have salad and protein."
We're not entirely sure this meal plan sounds particularly safe. Regardless, the blonde beauty credits her VERY public split for motivating her weight loss goals. She continued:
"You know what, I was at such a depressed state. I'm 54 now, and your metabolism changes. I put on, like, 10 pounds from my 40s to my 50s, and I never felt strong. I don't want to be a bodybuilder. I don't want to do all that stuff, but I wanted to feel like, ‘OK, I'm gonna be single now. I gotta look my best, right?'"
Nothing like a revenger body, right? Nonetheless, it seems things are going Vicki's way these days — especially in the romance department.
As we previously reported, Miz Gunvalson's officially moved on from Ayers as she's now dating politician Steve Lodge. Although, the housewife is taking her new relationship slow as she noted:
"I'm protecting my heart, ’cause my heart really got stomped on and it got damaged. The new man has never watched The Real Housewives of Orange County. How crazy is that? So, he likes me for me! And not some thought of being on TV or such, which is very, very clean to me. It's very organic. … He's courting me. So I'll take it, right?"
Awww! We're just happy to hear Vicki's doing well nowadays… even if we are questioning her diet choices.
