UPDATE 9:15 A.M. EST: On Wednesday, Damien Nichols spoke out via Facebook to urge people NOT to threaten Calum McSwiggan.
Additionally, he is now aware of Calum's revised statement!
This story keeps getting juicier by the second!
As we reported, on Sunday, LGBT YouTube star Calum McSwiggan says he was assaulted by three men outside The Abbey in West Hollywood.
However, the police are not buying his story.

According to the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station, there were no injuries or evidence of an attack. Furthermore, they claim McSwiggan pulled a mirror off one car and used it to scratch the paint on a different car. When he was at the station to face charges of property damage, the UK native tried to hurt himself in the holding cell and was then taken to the hospital.
Well now, one of the three men who was with Calum in Weho is invalidating his story!
On Facebook, Damien Nichols claims he was with the vlogger during the time of the supposed crime. Nichols — who says he is gay — confirms the police's account about McSwiggan drunkenly damaging his friend's car.
He elaborates that the YouTuber walked out of The Abbey with a stolen bottle of liquor, and was verbally abusive toward his friend.
Damien urges everyone to boycott Calum for "faking" his assault.
We just hope the truth comes out!
