We're obsessed with Chelsea Handler's candor!
As for Chelsea's boozy night with Flo, she lovingly recalled:

Gwyneth Paltrow realizes she might come off as "spoiled" sometimes, but the Hollywood fixture still doesn't think she deserves the negative attention she gets for being… well, spoiled!
The Goop creator stopped by BBC News' HARDtalk, and revealed she didn't understand why she was picked as the Most Hated Celebrity in 2013.
Speaking to host Stephen Sackur, she said:
"First of all I was like, 'I'm the most hated celebrity?' More than, like, Chris Brown? What did I do?"
"All I can do is be my authentic self. But I think there are things about me that make people draw conclusions. For example, there is the perception that I grew up very wealthy and that I was given, you know…That I was sort of raised with a silver spoon in my mouth, which inspires a lot of resentment."
While Paltrow admitted she had an upbringing to be envied — being raised in Manhattan by established Hollywood heavyweights Bruce Paltrow and Blythe Danner — Gwen asserted that she was on her own financially after graduation!
"[My father] said, 'You are completely on your own.' So he never gave me anything: I never had any supplementation, he never helped me with my rent, I never had a trust fund. So the idea that I am spoiled or that I didn't work for what I have, that's just not accurate. But I can see how somebody might have that perception."
At least she knows how her refined tastes come off to the public!
As for her eating habits, Paltrow says her diet is much less restrictive than people think, quipping:
"People tend to think that I eat just seaweed and a bit of air. I have never had a horrible experience with French fries. French fries are my life!"
How can someone who likes to indulge in the occasional french fry be the most hated celeb!? We have no idea either, Gwen!
