OK, so they're together, but not like together together...
But -- and there's always a but -- the pair

Louis Tomlinson wants some privacy for his baby boy amid his current custody battle.
On Friday, the One Direction alum's rep issued a statement from the famous father, who wants his son Freddie Reign to "have a normal, private and protected childhood," despite his poppa's celebrity status.
The 1D star feels the constant paparazzi presence — which we imagine only got worse when the 24-year-old decided to seek joint custody with baby momma Briana Jungwirth — keeps his little man from living a safe, carefree life.
The UK native's team says "the levels of paparazzi attention on Freddie" are "intolerable and completely unjustifiable" because they actually affect the 5-month-old's security!
In fact, the paps even play a part in preventing L.T.'s parenting by restricting his visitation. The photogs also make everyday things — like Freddie's doctor's visits — more difficult.
"Louis appreciates, respects and values his relationship with the media and we hope he and his son are afforded the same respect on this matter."
We think Louis' plea is totally valid!
So, despite the drama surrounding the singer's new legal battle with his former flame, we hope the paparazzi respect his wishes and leave the tiny tot alone!
