It's been a rough, heartbreakingly violent week.
After Alton Sterling was killed in a police shooting in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Philando Castile bled to death after being shot multiple times by a cop during a traffic stop in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, celebs have expressed their grief and outrage with heavy hearts.

And, the tragic killings of two apparently unarmed black men by law enforcement has gotten Amber Rose incredibly emotional.
On Thursday, the feminist took to Instagram to open up about how these devastating deaths hit pretty close to home because her three-year-old son with Wiz Khalifa, Sebastian Taylor Thomaz, is black.
The gorgeous gal posted a precious picture of her little boy, and wrote in the caption that she spent the day consoling a toddler who was blissfully unaware of the tragedies rocking our country, writing:
"I woke up this morning to my beautiful son with such a heavy heart. I grabbed my baby and kissed him, hugged him, told him how beautiful his skin and hair is and let him know that one day he will be able to change the world and I will love him and accept him no matter what. I stayed off of social media all day today to spend every waking second of my day off with my boy and loved him up."
The talk show host also explained that she is absolutely heartbroken for Alton and Philando's mothers.

While the 32-year-old admitted she's incredibly grateful to have her baby boy, she encouraged all parents to make every magical moment with their little ones count, adding:
"Now that he's warm in his bed it is so bittersweet that I have my baby next to me and other women are losing their babies left and right. I'm filled with such sadness. Alton and Philando were somebodies babies and they had babies themselves. Kiss ur babies tonight no matter how old they are and tell them you love them more then anything! Because at this rate we don't know how much time we have left with them."

Our hearts are hurting Alton, Philando, and their loved ones, as well as everyone else affected by the horrific violence this week, and we hope that someday soon mothers like Amber won't have to worry about losing their children in such a terrible tragedy.
