José Fernández's tragic passing has affected so many people.

After Brady seemingly won the case back in September, the NFL decided to appeal the decision — and it worked! The court decided league commissioner Roger Goodell was within his power when he suspended the New England Patriots star after all.
So Tom tried again to avoid any punishment by asking that the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals hear his case and unfortunately for the athlete, on Wednesday he was DENIED!
The decision seems like it will be the end of the road for Brady's fight against the NFL as his last hope is to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court which is VERY unlikely to succeed. In fact, ESPN legal analyst Roger Cossack said he believes #Deflategate is "pretty much over" as the quarterback is out of options.
The whole thing has been so RIDICULOUS that U.S. Solicitor General Ted Olson — who was involved in the George W. Bush v Al Gore lawsuit over the presidential election AND the overturning of California's ban on same-sex marriage — helped with the case, but there's NO way deflated footballs are important enough to get the Supreme Court involved! Right??
If Goodell decides to go through with the 38-year-old's four game suspension, the Patriots' backup QB Jimmy Garoppolo will take his place at the beginning of the season against the Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, Houston Texans, and the Buffalo Bills. Don't worry, Garoppolo is almost as studly as Gisele Bundchen's hubby… almost…
What do you think of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court's ruling?!
