Celebs React To Donald Trump's Inauguration -- See Who's Optimistic & Who Thinks It's Depressing AF!
Donald Trump is officially the 45th President of the United States.
But it sounds like he's exploring other fish in the sea — namely a fish called Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas!
Rumors started swirling this week that the America's Got Talent host has been courting the TLC singer after being spotted at WDKX's Summerfest Concert — and Nick's certainly not shutting down (or confirming, really) the speculation!
While attending the El Lay premiere of the documentary Gleason on Thursday night, the 35-year-old entertained questions on the red carpet surrounding his love life and rumored relationship with the R&B singer.
"She's an outstanding and amazing woman. I've known her for so, so many years and, you know, we've been friends … We got the opportunity to spend, uh, time together but I wouldn't-… I would say ask her. Ask her what the situation is."
We think he's just as confused as we are!
Which makes sense, considering dating is still relatively new to him (unlike his ex, who is already prepping to walk down the aisle again):
"I'm fresh in this game when it comes to being single. I like to say I'm damaged goods… What woman would want me? I would be so lucky to, uh, be able to claim to be dating somebody like Chilli."
To a similar effect, the actor told People:
"I would be so lucky to be able to be called 'dating' her. This is all new to me. I'm not ready for titles and all that stuff. I'm damaged goods! Who would want to date me? Clearly I don't get it."
Aw! Don't be so hard on yourself, N.C.!
So although he didn't confirm the rumors one way or the other, it's clear Nick is still testing the
"You've got to take everything slow. That's what it's all about. More than anything, she's somebody I care for and enjoy spending time with."
As for if marriage is in his future, the rapper admitted:
"I can't see myself ever getting married again. I can't see myself being in a serious relationship. I'm not good at it. I only like doing stuff I'm good at. And clearly relationships is not one of them."
Practice makes perfect!
We'll be keeping an eye on these two!
