Is Teresa Giudice at risk of being sent back to jail?
On Monday, it was reported that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is allegedly facing contempt of court charges in her bankruptcy case as she hasn't turned over several requested documents. Uh oh!

According to RadarOnline, the mother of four was served with a number of subpoenas requesting she hand over her and husband Joe Giudice's state and federal taxes, three years worth of employment contracts, as well as the twosome's joint bank account statements from January 2015 onward.
However, since Tre didn't submit the documents by the July 13 deadline, a trustee from the case supposedly asked a judge to find Miz Giudice in contempt of court. Doesn't Teresa have a lawyer or an accountant that can handle this for her??
To make matters worse, the trustee asked the judge to also slap Teresa with a $1,000 per day fine for everyday the documents aren't submitted. Also, as the trustee believes the RHONJ star won't appear for her July 20 examination, they requested that the judge place ANOTHER $1,000 per day fine for everyday she doesn't appear. Who is this trustee and WHAT is their damage?
Anywho, in case you forgot, the Giudices filed for bankruptcy back in 2009 but by 2014 Teresa and her husband had pleaded guilty to fraud charges and were sentenced to prison. Teresa has since sued her former lawyer for malpractice.
We hope for the sake of her kiddos, Teresa can get the paperwork together sooner than later. We'd hate to see her brood end up without both of their parents…
