OK, so they're together, but not like together together...
But -- and there's always a but -- the pair

Stephen Colbert is back to what he does best — skewering the Republican Party!
A video posted Sunday on YouTube shows Colbert taking the microphone on the main stage of the arena in Cleveland that's hosting the Republican National Convention, exactly one day before the whole thing starts.
In the vid, Colbert — dressed as Hunger Games emcee Caesar Flickerman — spoofs the popular movie and blasts the GOP all in one fell swoop!
Colbert stands at the podium and announces it's his honor to begin the "2016 Republican Hungry for Power Games," before security drags him off the stage.
But there's a moment of gold even then, when we get a glimpse of Colbert talking to security before being led off. The comedian says to the guard:
"I know I'm not supposed to be up here, but let's be honest, neither is Donald Trump."
Gotcha, Donald Trump!
But if you came looking for jokes about the RNC (which starts tonight), look no further than Scott Baio!
The former Charles in Charge actor things The Donald is the man to be in charge for the next four years — and Trump has rewarded Baio's support and loyalty with a spot as a speaker at the convention.
Baio told reporters:
"I was at a fundraiser for Mr. Trump the other night with my wife and he invited me to speak at the convention, which was completely unexpected and out of left field."
Scott Baio, speaking at a major political party's convention. So… not THAT much stranger than a fictional, blue-haired talk show host.
This whole week will be must-see TV from Cleveland!
