That's because the dumblonde singer has ALREADY been issued a "formal and final warning" from the Channel 5 show!
You may be wondering why the Making The Band alum is treading on thin ice so soon. Well, during this week's challenge, the contestants were divided into two groups: humans and robots.
The robots — AKA The Artificials — were each assigned a "human" to wait on hand-and-foot. BB made it very clear that the "humans" were not allowed to do a single chore… including making their own meals!
The blonde was ordered to cater to Stephen Bear.
After the icky incident, the former Danity Kane member was called to the Diary Room, where producers gave the celeb a "formal and final" warning, saying:
"Your actions are wholly unacceptable and Big Brother does not tolerate unacceptable behaviour in the house."
Following her lecture, Miz O'Day apologized to Stephen, explaining:
"I'm sorry. It was not done in a malicious way."
But Vicky Pattison's former flame didn't seem to care at all, responding:
"If you want to kiss me that bad you can!"
Plus, Mr. Bear was later informed about the prank in the Diary Room, where he continued to shrug it off, saying:
"She spat in my tea, big deal! I'll probably put her up for nomination every single week. I've had worse in my mouth!"
Now, if this is already Aubrey's final warning, we're really curious about what other problems she caused before all this went down!
You can catch the whole spit scandal on tonight's episode of CBB, airing at 9 p.m. on Channel 5!
