Our hearts are breaking over this social media celeb split!
But, Miz Ballinger stressed that her former flame didn't wrong her in any way, adding:
Instead, the singer clarified that they ultimately weren't a good fit together:
That was a close call… but she's there!
Amber Heard would have been in violation of a court order had she not shown up for today's deposition in her ongoing divorce and domestic violence case against ex Johnny Depp — but after nearly two hours of waiting, she showed up!
The actress would have been in contempt had she not arrived to be deposed by Depp's lawyers, and that could have landed her in jail, but apparently after a 90-minute delay with tensions rising, common sense (thankfully) got the better of her, and she arrived.
TMZ is reporting that the deposition was supposed to start at 10:00 a.m. local time in El Lay, but even Amber's lawyer Samantha Spector didn't show up until 10:15. By contrast, Blair Berk — Depp's lawyer — was ready and waiting by 9:40 a.m.
Amber, who has put off this deposition several times, showed up around 11:30 and went in through a private entrance so she wouldn't be filmed by the paparazzi.
Allegedly, Heard and Depp's attorneys were getting close to a settlement late last night, before talks fizzled out, and from there, this deposition was all set to go on.
So right now, as we speak, Amber is being deposed by Johnny's high-priced law firm… and the questioning about domestic violence, the money, and more, could last all day.
