Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas' split is full steam ahead!
According to a real estate website, Cynthia and Peter's three-story Atlanta town home is officially in escrow. The former couple scored $699K for the four bedroom and five bathroom property, a figure which was very close to the original asking price.

The sale of the exes' casa (the spot was often featured on the Real Housewives of Atlanta), comes on the heels of their sixth wedding anniversary. Both Bailey and Thomas marked the bittersweet occasion with throwback pics and sweet messages in tribute of one another.
In terms of the divorce, neither the model or P.T. have officially filed legal docs to get the ball rolling. It looks like the two are playing it smart by slowly dismantling their joint assets to ensure a smooth separation.
Following the real estate development, Mr. Thomas will remain in his new home of Charlotte, North Carolina. The businessman moved to the area a few years ago to open a sports bar.
As for for Cynthia, TMZ reports the momma is vying for a lakeside property a little outside of Atlanta. It's an interesting tidbit of info considering C.B. initially didn't want to move to the ATL — it was originally Peter's idea.
We'll be sure to keep you updated as the pair moves forward with their separation.
