Things got extra spicy at Tuesday's White House press briefing!
Spicer interrupted Ryan's question to unleash a cued-up tirade, barking:

Say it ain't so!
We had no idea how it would work — especially since Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones' characters were going to be swapped out with younger actors — but we frankly didn't care!
We were totally on board, but now Jonah Hill is crushing our dreams!
"I had the idea. But I doubt that movie will get made."
But Sony revealed the movie's title at CinemaCon THIS YEAR! There were rumors that production was going to start in the fall, with Alice Through The Looking Glass director James Bobin at the helm!
Well, after all that, the War Dogs star explained why the fun flick is probably a no-go, adding:
"It's too complicated. They're trying to make all the deals, but it's kind of impossible with all the Men in Black stuff. The Jump Street films were so fun to make and the whole joke of them was they were making fun of remakes and sequels and reboots and then now it's become a giant sequel, reboot. It's almost become what we were making fun of and it's hard to maintain that joke when it's so high stakes."
But while the 32-year-old seems to be closing the door on that passion project, he still remains optimistic that there will be a third installment in the Jump Street franchise:
"I love Channing and I love (directors) Phil Lord and Chris Miller and I love making those movies — they're a lot of fun. So I hope it works out."
We hope so too!
