As if Johnny Depp and Amber Heard didn't have enough legal drama to deal with right now…
We're all aware the estranged couple is enthralled in a messy divorce and domestic abuse lawsuit, but now we're hearing the 53-year-old actor and his ex may be possible victims of a Peeping Tom.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Kevin Thomas Roy — an assistant director on several of Depp's films — is being sued by three women for invasion of privacy and emotional distress after he shot up-skirt videos and other inappropriate content on set. Gross.
The plaintiffs claim there is a "high probability" the 30-year-old actress and the Black Mass star were also victims of being secretly shot by Roy — most likely during their time filming Rum Diary together.

In the lawsuit that goes back seven years, Roy is being accused of using his cellphone and hidden cameras to record the cast and crew undressing.
And this isn't the first offense, Roy also pled no contest to two counts of invasion of privacy after he secretly filmed his WIFE'S SISTER while on her honeymoon. His wife discovered and turned the footage over to authorities — which eventually got Roy removed from the Directors Guild of America.
No confirmation of whether Depp and Heard are involved in all this just yet, but we'll certainly keep you updated.
