Celebrities just can't win, can they??
Fans of Sia are probably aware the singer is known for her subdued personality and static live performances as much as she is for her iconic pop songs.
Despite suffering from stage fright, the Cheap Thrills songwriter usually still finds a way to put on entertaining live shows thanks to surprise appearances from her famous friends, like Maddie Ziegler, Kristen Wiig, and Shia LaBeouf.

Unfortunately for the 40-year-old pop star, Israeli concertgoers were NOT happy with her show in Tel Aviv last week… and now she's being sued for $2.1 million because of it!
According to a Jerusalem Post report, Sia's concert at Yarkon Park last Thursday lasted a mere 65 minutes, and now attendees are looking for a full refund from the Aussie, as well as promoter Tandi Productions.
What makes this case so interesting, however, is that Sia didn't leave any songs out of the scheduled performance… she simply refrained from adding any unnecessary banter to the show — something to which most music fans have become accustomed.

With that said, we're also hearing there were a few technical issues — mismatched lighting, pre-recorded choreography, and a general lack of stage presence — so their claims aren't completely unwarranted.
Still, it seems to us as though people are just mad they paid $91 to hear This Is Acting… and didn't love that they only got to hear This Is Acting.
Do U think Sia should be penalized for just playing the music??
