The hairstylist responsible for all of Wendy Williams' fabulous wigs has tragically and suddenly passed away.
Antwon Jackson was an Emmy-award winning stylist and just celebrated his 44th birthday on August 7. He is survived by his adult son Dontay.
The talk show host took to social media on Tuesday to mourn the loss of her beloved friend:
It is with a heavy heart that I share with all of you the death of Antwon Jackson, my wigologist. He was an Emmy winning stylist and so much more. He was my friend. He had the biggest heart and was a pleasure to work with. I will forever be thankful for your friendship and love, Antwon. Thank you for the laughter you brought into my life and your sweet smile that always brightened my day. May you rest in peace.A photo posted by Wendy Williams (@wendyshow) on Aug 23, 2016 at 4:14pm PDT
Wow, so tragic.
Just a week ago, Jackson posted a picture of his longtime client's wigs announcing the start of season eight of The Wendy Williams Show:
