It's never easy dealing with a loss…
Last December, Kristin Cavallari's brother Michael died of hypothermia following a car crash in Grand County, Utah. He was 30 years old.

On Thursday, The Hills alum participated in a Facebook Live chat with Us Weekly where she opens up about her brother's passing.
While she found strength in her children — especially daughter Saylor who was born a month before Michael's death — the reality TV personality knew she had to move on.
Jay Cutler's wife said:
"You can't just stay in bed and feel sorry for yourself. You gotta get up. You have other lives you have to take care of. You have to put food on the table and get them dressed and off to school and everything. So yeah, you can't just feel sorry for yourself."
The 29-year-old reveals her family held a ceremony for Michael in June, on what would've been his birthday.
"My brother's birthday was June 11, and so my family — my mom, my stepdad, my dad, Jay, and I — all went out to Utah where he was found… And we put a little plaque in the rock where he was found and had our own sort of service for him… It was more of a celebration."
We greatly applaud Kristin's honesty, and we hope her family finds peace with their tragic loss.
