We're really looking forward to the Gilmore Girls revival coming November 25… but did Netflix spend so much money recreating Stars Hollow that they only had $40 left in the budget for promotional material??
The streaming giant dropped four brand new season-themed posters for Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life on Tuesday, and they are just so godawfully cheap-looking!

First of all, it for real looks like they took the pics in about eight minutes' time.
Seriously — Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel are literally standing in front of a blank, blue backdrop, looking like they were told to react as if someone was throwing digital leaves and snow and sh*t at them.
Ch-ch-check out all four unflattering pics (below)!!!
This one is passable.
But did they not even have time to change wardrobe? Where are the winter ensembles?? Get a Gilmore a scarf!
Is Rory supposed to look terrified? Also, please tell us the flowers were added digitally like all this other crap. We mean, who holds flowers like that?
This looks like a junior prom fail blog.
OK, now BOTH look like they were told to offer the photog sparklers in some kind of high tech bartering gesture, in exchange for all the unnecessary airbrushing their faces can't handle.
Their expressions are all, "Umm, what???"
Us too, y'all…
All you have to do is call… a still photographer next time.
You know, instead of using a party photo booth kiosk or whatever this is.
Still, the new pics won't keep us from tuning in when Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life premieres Friday, November 25 at 3 a.m. EST on Netflix!
