No ifs, ands, or BUTTS about it!
However, its most eyebrow-raising article is about the dos and don'ts of anal sex!

This is not okay.
Jared Fogle and his legal team are gearing up to grill one of his victims and her parents in court over a countersuit he's filed against them. As you may recall, the victim known as Jane Doe is suing the former Subway spokesman and his ex-business partner Russell Taylor for causing her emotional distress after she discovered she was secretly filmed at Taylor's residence.
According to DailyMail.com, the scandalized diet expert is attempting to fight his victim's lawsuit by claiming the unnamed girl's parents, who are referred to only as B.T. and J.T. in court documents, are the ones responsible for Jane Doe's despair as they gave her an unstable upbringing.
Ummm, WHAT?? Being the victim of child pornography didn't cause any mental distress? We're no psychiatrists, but that seems pretty traumatic to us.
"The custody and parenting time agreement that required Jane Doe to constantly rotate her living arrangements caused unnecessary stress, anxiety and trauma for Jane Doe."
The documents also highlighted that the victim was diagnosed with major depressive disorder before she became aware of the allegations made against the 39-year-old. Allegedly, the parents of the victim acted horribly to each other as they argued, abused alcohol, and regularly fought with their daughter.
The sandwich pitchman is seeking to absolve himself from blame, especially since he already paid the victim $100,000 as a part of his plea deal. Jane Doe is currently seeking $150,000 from both Fogle and Taylor for their actions.
Be sure to tune back in for more details regarding this case as both Fogle and Jane Doe have called the other to testify as a witness. Talk about a dramatic situation!
