Fame can be a monster…
Lady GaGa is more or less at the make it or break it point in her career as she enters her Joanne era, but it doesn't sound like she's completely feeling her fame right now.
That's because when the A-Yo singer stopped by SiriusXM's radio show Feedback on Monday to promote her fifth studio set, she got surprisingly candid about how "toxic" and "alienating" being a celebrity can be!

Sure, she may have 64 million Twitter followers… but she's still just a regular girl at heart.
Apparently, the A-Lister doesn't love the illusion of perfection that comes with being famous — and actually admitted she misses human contact with the outside world, saying:
"Fame is so alienating and it's toxic for the creative process, for me, because I need human connection in order to write music. If I go to a bar or to the grocery store or wherever and I try to talk to somebody and the whole time they're screaming or trying to take a picture, I can't get to know them. I can't ask them a question. I can't learn about their life or share something about mine. I don't get asked very often, you know, really super deep things about myself and that is hard and it's scary. Really scary because you just feel like, 'Will I ever, ever again talk to somebody and have them see me as a person?'"
While we can't picture her at a grocery store by any means — we do get her point. Constantly being "on" is a ton of work!
Although, her breakup from Taylor Kinney probably isn't helping much either…
Do U think Lady GaGa will be able to rise from the ashes??
