At least Katie May's loved ones now have closure.
As we previously reported, the Playboy model died back in February after a mysterious tear to an artery in her neck caused her to have a fatal stroke. She was only 34-years-old.
While there was a lot of speculation about what caused the unfortunate tear, it seems as though the Los Angeles County Coroner has finally confirmed the blonde beauty's cause of death. Hmm, go on.

According to TMZ, the up-and-comer's death certificate lists her passing as an accident. Apparently, the late stunner passed away from a blunt force injury which caused a tear in her left vertebral artery. This laceration went on to cut off blood flow to Miz May's brain and ultimately caused her to have a stroke.
So what EXACTLY sparked this catastrophic scenario? Well, the coroner concludes the initial blunt force injury was sustained during a previous trip to the chiropractor. Dang.
In case you forgot, days before her death, Katie supposedly went to a chiropractor in order to get adjusted after she had taken a nasty fall during a photo shoot. It's currently unclear if the deceased starlet's family will pursue legal action.
Just to be safe, we think Katie's doctor should lawyer up. Just sayin'…
