OK, so they're together, but not like together together...
But -- and there's always a but -- the pair

Tori Spelling couldn't look happier!
On Sunday night, Tori took to the red carpet at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDs Foundation "A Time For Heroes" family festival to discuss her fifth pregnancy and the baby's gender.
As we previously reported, Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott were extremely worried about this pregnancy due to the intense complications she had with her last baby Finn. The fashionista had a condition called placenta previa, which can cause life-threatening bleeding.
Luckily for the reality star, this time around she does NOT have the terrifying health issue.
Speaking on the blessing, T.S. gushed to ET Online:
"My pregnancy with Finn was really difficult and there was a health condition, but the baby and I got checked out. That problem doesn't exist, and it can't exist during this pregnancy so we're ok."
Phew, what a relief!
As for the little one's gender, the beauty isn't as forthcoming. Apparently Tori and her fam are still unsure if they'll find out the sex of the baby before it's born.
The mommy went on to explain:
"We have two of each, so we're blessed. We did find out with the first two, didn't find out with the second two – huge, amazing surprises. The kids are old enough now they kind of want to find out, you know. We've taken a family vote so at some point we might find out but not yet."
Well, we'll be waiting over here with baited breath!
So, what do YOU think the gender is?
