Another day, another scandal for Mark Salling…
On Sunday, it was reported that the Glee alum is being investigated for allegedly raping a woman. This troubling news comes only a handful of months after the musician was indicted on child pornography charges. Ugh.

According to TMZ, the El Lay County District Attorney's office is reviewing the case and deciding whether or not they'll actually file rape charges. Now the 22-year-old woman claims the alleged assault took place about four years ago when she and Mark had been dating. Reportedly, the twosome had entered a room to have sex when the victim says she changed her mind and told Salling "I can't do this."
Allegedly, the 34-year-old refused to stop and forced himself onto her. It's said the TV vet wasn't previously investigated for the crime as the accuser only filed a police report this year. Also, the unnamed woman was well aware of Mark's child porn arrest when she filed her report. Unfortunately, we have a feeling this might hurt the girl's case.
Nonetheless, Salling doesn't have the best legal track record. In addition to his child porn scandal, Mark was accused of forcing his ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela to have unprotected sex. By March 2015, the controversial celeb settled his lawsuit with Roxanne and reportedly shelled out $2.7 million. Oof.
Be sure to stay tuned for more details on this troubling story.
