More details about Taylor Swift's sexual assault case are coming out!
In case you didn't know, the songstress is locked into a fierce legal battle with former radio host David Mueller, who sued her for slander. The Denver DJ claims he was wrongly accused of groping her at a 2013 concert, which ended up losing him his job.
The Blank Space artist then counter sued David for sexual assault and battery.

Well, DailyMail.com has obtained newly released transcripts from her July deposition, revealing Taylor's "shocked" state after allegedly being groped:
"As soon as he grabbed my ass, I became shocked and withdrawn and was barely able to say 'thanks for coming', which is what I say to everybody. I was barely able to get words out, and it was like somebody switched the lights off in my personality. So it was pretty quick that he was gone after that."
The 26-year-old continued to explain how she wasn't even able to tell her staff after allegedly being grabbed:
"I didn't have one split second without a fan in front of me until that moment and I didn't want people to find out about this. Anything that I say in front of fans could end up in the press, and I didn't want that."
As we also previously reported, Miz Swift asked the judge to seal photos from the meet-and-greet with the radio DJ. In her deposition though, the pop star wasn't entirely sure the pictures revealed the exact moment she was assaulted since she recalled being "uncomfortable because a strange man's hand just lifted up my shirt and was either nearing my ass cheek, freshly grabbed onto or refusing to let go."
The Grammy winner's mom Andrea Swift also spoke during the deposition about the alleged incident, sharing her daughter was left "humiliated, embarrassed, and horrified":
"I felt like I wanted to cry and throw up at the same time. She was upset. She cried. We cried. It was - it was just inconceivable."
While Mr. Mueller has claimed it was actually his coworker who grabbed the celeb's butt, Taylor recognized he was not the one who assaulted her.
We'll continue to keep you updated with any new details!
