Whoa! We weren't expecting this!
In April, a woman — who filed legal docs under the pseudonym "Katie Johnson" — alleges that Donald Trump sexually assaulted her at billionaire Jeffrey Epstein's party in 1994 when she was only 13-years-old.
As we reported, on Wednesday, Johnson scheduled a press conference but cancelled after receiving numerous death threats.
On Friday, DailyMail.com has learned that she has dropped her case against the GOP presidential nominee altogether.
Before this new legal development, the businessman's team has vehemently denied the claims calling it "disgusting at the highest level" and a "hoax" trying to "solicit media attention or, perhaps… simply politically motivated."
Katie's real identity has yet to be revealed.
