Kim Kardashian Admits To Struggling With Anxiety BEFORE Paris Robbery While Revealing She Wants 'To Take Back' Her Life On KUWTK!

We think it's safe to say that Kim Kardashian West has had a pretty rough time since the Paris robbery, but on Sunday's KUWTK, we got insight into the anxiety issues the star was dealing with BEFORE the scary incident!

At the beginning of the episode, which was shot before the robbery, the 36-year-old opened up to Jonathan Cheban about having troubles with anxiety, saying:

"I've been having anxiety lately. I am not this person."

Oh no! We hate to see Kimmie like this!

The mother of two then decided to have a chat with Momager Kris Jenner about what she's dealing with as well as Kendall Jenner's struggles from sleep paralysis!

After Kanye West's wife admitted her "mind does go crazy" in regards to her anxiety, the reality star's mommy had some great insight, saying:

"When you get into your own head it's scary and you don't want to let it get to the next step. That's debilitating… and you can't live life."

The 60-year-old then had the great idea to try and have the sisters help each other, seeing as how they're both going through some major issues at the moment!

The fam ended up hiring a therapist for the girls to talk to, in order to work through their problems. While Kendall initially opened up, admitting that she has a lot of issues while flying and even gets panic attacks, she was NOT interested when the therapist tried to offer up suggestions to help.

As for Kim K, well she was a bit more accepting of the idea as she opened up about her anxiety during therapy:

"I think about it all the time, it drives me crazy. I just want to get passed my anxiety and live life… I never had anxiety and I want to take back my life."

The great news is North West's mommy took the therapist's advice and went for a drive with her younger sis while using some coping mechanisms that were suggested! Adorably enough, Kim used her dad, Robert Kardashian, as motivation as she didn't want to let fear control her!

Not only did the businesswoman look a bit more calm and relaxed, but she was able to convince Jenner to try meditation to help control her anxiety! Kendall's wise older sis even said:

"Some people live by it, and because there's no cure for anxiety you have to get control of your feelings. You have to get a hold of it."

You tell her, grrrl!

We just can't believe this was all BEFORE Paris. Honestly, we just wish the best for both Kim and Kendall and hope they can get the help they need to be happy and healthy again!
