This sure is one dramatic divorce!
Earlier this year, Jules Wainstein and her husband Michael revealed they were getting divorced after eight years together.
During the fallout from their ending marriage, the Real Housewives of New York alum has accused her longtime love of cheating, and even called the cops on him back in August.

But, it looks like their legal battle is just as nasty.
On Wednesday, the former flames attended a court hearing regarding child and spousal support. And, things took a nasty turn.
The businessman drudged up the Bravo star's alleged drug use, but only citing television as proof. Luckily for Jules, the judge shot that low blow down, exclaiming:
"I don't decide my cases based on what's on TV."
But, that didn't stop Michael from continuing to bash his estranged wife. The New York Law School alum claimed the brunette began spending four times more than usual once she was added to the reality show's cast.
He specifically brought up a $40K American Express bill from last year, and mentioned the momma-of-two had dropped $2K on Uber alone, just in the first half of October.
The ex-Bravolebrity confessed that she earned $60K from her short stint on the popular franchise. But she threw the dirt right back in Michael's face, blaming HIM for skipping payments, and even accused him of not filing his tax returns properly.
But she didn't stop there. Since he's asking for full custody, Miz Wainstein also slammed his parenting skills, claiming he doesn't actually spends time with their two little ones, and just expects the nanny to take care of them.
The judge didn't end up making any decisions on Wednesday because the contentious exes need to sort out their money problems.
The judge did say the nasty custody battle could end up going to trial.
Damn. We'll keep you updated on all the divorce drama that's sure to come.
