Harry Styles' solo career is off to a stylish start!
After One Direction's big breakup — and dabbling a bit in the movie scene — the English artist is now turning his attention to his solo album with Columbia Records.
And the international heartthrob is getting some seriously star-studded help on the new record!

Believe it or not, Robbie Williams — yes, the guy from Take That — is actually the one dishing deets on the X Factor alum's upcoming project!
The 42-year-old revealed in the latest issue of Radio Times that he had unsuccessfully attempted to work with Bruno Mars and famed writer/producer Max Martin on his 2016 album The Heavy Entertainment Show.
However, the former boy band member admitted neither songsmith called him back.
But he did learn — apparently from Harry, himself — that the 1D star was working with BOTH hitmakers, recalling:
"Then I met Harry Styles in an airport. 'Oh, you're writing, Harry? Great, who with?' He goes: 'Well, I just spent a week with Bruno Mars, and I'm about to spend a week with Max Martin.'"
Ouch! That's gotta sting!
But, Robbie confessed that the cool collaboration makes sense, since the gorgeous guy has an incredible amount of appeal, adding:
"I think Harry Styles has beguiled the whole world just by being Harry Styles. He's got a David Beckham-style quality. So he's won in that regard."
However, he seemed to show a bit of bitterness when he warned:
"There's a space for him, but the music has to be great."
Ummmm, considering Bruno Mars is, well, Bruno Mars, and Max Martin has written some of the biggest pop hits of all time — for artists like Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, and more — we don't think Harry has to worry.

Buuuuuut Niall Horan might!
Harry's former bandmate exclaimed to the Sunday People that One Direction isn't actually done for good, declaring:
"We will back. We would be silly not to… ridiculous."
He even addressed the other guys' different career paths, adding:
"At the moment we are all doing our own thing. Harry wanted to do his movie and everyone is just chilling."
Not to mention, Niall, himself, is launching his own solo venture. However, he insists the boys' separate endeavors won't keep the gang from getting back together eventually:
"I don't think anyone needs to worry about us we are fine."
Welllllllll, if Harry's solo debut is a total banger — and if Max and Bruno have anything to say about it, it will be — there's a chance the 1D standout will be reluctant to rejoin the group.
But what do U think, Perezcious readers?!
