UPDATE (11:50 A.M. EST): E! flat-out denied this report, confirming production has NOT been temporarily shut down amid West's hospitalization. A rep for the network told Deadline:
"Keeping Up with the Kardashians is currently in production and has not been halted."
We doubt the Keeping Up With The Kardashians producers are happy about this!
On Tuesday, it was revealed that production for KUWTK has been put on hold amid Kim Kardashian West's husband's hospitalization. Uh oh!

As you surely know, Kanye West was hospitalized at the UCLA Medical Center for a psychiatric evaluation last week. Not to mention, this health scare came shortly after 'Ye canceled the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour and days after he ranted about Jay Z, Beyoncé, and Hillary Clinton during his Sacramento concert.
So it's no wonder the E! hit has halted production. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this year that the cast and crew have had to deal with a hiccup in their filming schedule. In case you forgot, the entire show took a break from filming back in October after Keeks was bound, gagged, and robbed during Paris Fashion Week. Mrs. West has been through A LOT lately!
Thankfully, according to TMZ sources, the producers have enough footage to make up a season — but the initial plan was to film the famous family throughout the holidays and that's not going to happen anymore. To make matters worse, while Yeezus' hospital stint is the main reason for stopping production, it's said Kim has been in such bad shape since the robbery that there's ZERO chance of the show filming before the new year.
Supposedly, the reality TV vet is even "rethinking everything" because of this latest dramatic situation. But don't fret, the show will eventually return to its production schedule… or at least, we think it will!
