Joe Simpson is certainly a fighter.
As you may recall, Jessica Simpson's father was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer back in October and has done everything in his power to battle the disease. Tough break.

Thankfully, Joe's had all kinds of support from his family and is coping pretty well as he dished to InTouch:
"At this point, I am spending time with my family. They are my biggest support. The cancer continues to be monitored, and I am doing everything the doctors are telling me to do. I'm looking for a miracle."
We're so glad the famed talent manager has his loved ones during this tough time.
Not to mention, Ashlee Simpson's poppa made sure to have his prostate removed shortly after getting his diagnosis. On his decision to remove the gland, Simpson explained:
"As everyone knows, all it takes is one cell to multiply. Right now the outlook is great, but no matter what, I have to monitor this for the rest of my life. Once you have cancer, you have it — but I will get through this."
That's the spirit!
Obviously, we're thrilled with this update about Joe's health — so we can only imagine how the rest of the Simpson fam is handling the news. Here's hoping the manager's healthy progress remains positive well into the new year!
