Chris Hemsworth has one of the best bodies in Hollywood — and now we've got one of his secrets!
The 33-year-old actor is currently filming his upcoming movie, Horse Soldiers, and he has his personal trainer on hand to help him keep up his energy while on set.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, fitness guru Luke Zocchi shared the recipe for Thor's "ultimate green protein smoothie."

Zocchi penned alongside the photo of Chris enjoying the shake while on horseback (above):
"Just making sure old mate gets his meals in🐎😂"
"This shake is a favourite of mine and as you've seen, some other guy… Packed full of vegetables and fibre, it's sweet, savoury and salty and can easily be a meal replacement! Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until super smooth. Add more liquid if it is too thick. Enjoy chilled."

1 cup coconut milk (or any milk substitute of your choice)
1-2 scoops protein powder of your choice
3 pitted dates
30g raw broccoli
1 handful of spinach
1tsp green tea powder
2tb almond butter
Half an avocado
1tsp coarse sea salt
