We can finally fulfill our dreams of waking up with Megyn Kelly! Wait, that came out wrong…
Earlier this month, it was announced that the political commentator would be leaving Fox News for a daytime gig on NBC.
And it looks like the 46-year-old will be front and center on the network's morning lineup — it's been announced Kelly will be taking over a WHOLE hour of the Today show!!

But since the morning program is already stacked with anchors from Matt Lauer's real news to Kathie Lee Gifford's wine bingo, Kelly's solo hour means some other NBC vet will be getting the boot!
So, how will the Today show make room for its newest edition?
According to People, the mother of three will either take over Today's third hour (9 a.m.), currently hosted by Tamron Hall and Al Roker — OR she'll take over Kathie Lee and Hoda Kotb's 10 a.m. time slot.
Sucks for them, but then again we're well aware of the savage gladiator pit that is daytime television these days.

Either way, the Today show anchors won't suffer too much from the shakeup. Insiders say if Kelly takes over the 10 a.m. hour, Kathie Lee and Hoda will be bumped up to the 9 a.m. slot.
While that means Hall and Roker will no longer anchor an hour together by themselves, the duo will continue to cohost the top hours from 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Hey, things could be worse… just ask Billy Bush.
The insider says Kelly's Today show hour will likely kick off this fall, adding:
"The format is still in progress, but she will most likely be hosting the hour on her own."
We'll certainly be tuning in! Will YOU?
