You can't blame this one on Warren Beatty.
Last night's Oscars made the biggest mistake in award show history when La La Land won Best Picture for all of two seconds before Moonlight was declared the actual winner.
But that wasn't the only mishap the night!
An Australian film producer was featured in the show's In Memoriam segment, despite the fact that she's not actually dead!

A photo of Jan Chapman (above), who is alive and well, was used in place of Janet Patterson, an Australian costume designer who died in October 2016.
The four-time Academy Award nominee was best known for her work on films like Peter Pan and The Piano.
Viewers were quick to notice the mistake, as Chapman is one of Australia's best known producers and still active in the industry.
Needless to say, Chapman — who worked on The Piano with the deceased Patterson — was not happy about the error, telling Variety:
"I was devastated by the use of my image in place of my great friend and long-time collaborator Janet Patterson. I had urged her agency to check any photograph which might be used and understand that they were told that the Academy had it covered. [It's] very disappointing… I am alive and well and an active producer."
The Academy has yet to comment on how this happened — but given the other crisis they need to worry about, it may be a while until they address this one.
