Is there another celebrity custody battle brewing?
On Tuesday, it was revealed that Kate Hudson's ex husband has filed to re-open the custody agreement they set up during their divorce back in 2007. Whoa.
In case you forgot, Goldie Hawn's daughter and Chris Robinson called it quits on their relationship a decade ago, but were able to agree on a joint custody arrangement for their son, Ryder. Welp, it seems as though The Black Crowes singer is no longer a fan of the agreement as he's filed to have it re-evaluated by the court.

Specifically, legal documents show Robinson as the petitioner and the blonde stunner as the respondent. Still, we're not sure if this situation is going to get messy since both Chris AND Kate agreed to have a court ordered evaluator assess their current arrangement.
It's said the court official will perform a child custody evaluation and issue a written report where they'll make suggestions about the legal and physical custody of the 12-year-old.
The factors surrounding Ryder's visitation and residence will also be evaluated. Not to mention, the official will be given access to any records from family doctors and/or psychotherapists. Oh, and both parents may have to submit to drug and alcohol testing.
Wait, did something serious happen? This situation is sounding a lot like Brad Pitt's custody drama with Angelina Jolie! What's even odder about this whole thing is that the Deepwater Horizon actress is to foot the bill for the evaluation.
We'll keep you posted as more updates come in about this bizarre case.
