Remind us to never piss off La La Land fans…
Because those PricewaterhouseCoopers accountants who were responsible for the Oscars' Best Picture mix-up are now in fear for their lives!
Sources connected to PwC told TMZ that the firm hired bodyguards to protect Brian Cullinan, Martha Ruiz, and their families due to the death threats they received following Sunday's award show snafu.

As we reported, Cullinan was tweeting pics of Emma Stone when he accidentally handed off the duplicate Best Actress envelope to Warren Beatty instead of Best Picture.
And like any passionate fandom, movie buffs were quick to vent their frustrations on social media — sending the PwC vets threats like:
"You fucking idiot, i will fuck you every day" and "I hope you get fired and get cancer."
These threats are far from award-winning, but the severity of the situation couldn't be ignored. After pictures surfaced online of Ruiz and Cullinan's homes, PwC reportedly felt the need to hire security to protect them.
While Brian and Martha will not lose their jobs, the accountants will never be allowed to work the Academy Awards again.
Do YOU think the people responsible for the mix-up have been appropriately punished?
