Recently, the 21-year-old wrote a blog entry on her website where she reveals one of her favorite workouts. Not only does this routine require ZERO equipment, it only takes 11 minutes!
The tall diva wrote:
"If I'm traveling or don't feel like leaving my house, these are all the moves I try to get in — in just 11 minutes!"
-Forearm plank, 30 seconds
-High plank, 30 seconds
-Side plank, 15 seconds
-Side plank with crunch, 5 reps each side
-Single arm/leg plank, 15 seconds
-Rocking plank, 15 seconds
