After a preliminary hearing last fall, Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich are scheduled to be back in an El Lay courtroom in August to face drug conspiracy charges.

The three have been accused of supplying the late Anna Nicole Smith with sedatives and opiates, and will face a jury of their peers starting on August 4th.

And their plea?

Not guilty.

Of course.

Remember that douche, who is married to Zsa Zsa Gabor, yet claimed to be the father of Anna Nicole's baby?!

Well, he's back in all his lying glory and running for political office! Frederic Prinz Von Anhalt announced that he's running for Governor of California and unveiled a massive billboard on the Sunset Strip with his fug face on it.

A true celebutard! Maybe politics are where he belongs!

People must really love watching all the fake Kardashian drama!

This past Sunday 4.2 million viewers tuned in for the second episode, making it the most-watched telecast in E! history.

The record was originally held by the 2002 premiere of The Anna Nicole Show.

So we're guessing E! will continue to bombard us with terribly airbrushed promo photos for another year or at least Kim Kardashian gets knocked up, married or both.

Momager Kris Jenner is probably putting that ball in motion already.

As the Anna Nicole Smith drug trial wears on, the Medical Board is requesting that the court suspend Doctors Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich from practicing medicine as a condition to their bail.

The Medical Board says that "waiting for a possible conviction to take action puts the public at risk" and they also want the court to force both doctors to surrender their controlled substance prescription forms.

Kapoor's lawyer Ellyn Garofalo says:

"Surely the Medical Board would have been reckless or grossly incompetent if it had any evident that Dr. Kapoor posed a serious threat and it waited over 2 1/2 years to protect the public."

Will this saga ever end?

After weeks of disturbing testimony unveiled during the preliminary hearing, a judge has ruled that Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich will stand trial for the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

The defendants, who will be facing 23 total felonies, are due back on court on December 11th.

This story gets sadder and sadder!

Nadine Alexie, a nanny for Anna Nicole Smith, is saying that she saw Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroschevich forcing drugs on the late Playboy model.

Alexie said the drugs would keep Anna Nicole asleep for days at a time causing her to wake up with vomit and feces in her bed!

This revelation comes after Department of Justice investigator Danny Santiago interviewed Alexie in September.

Disgraceful!

Is anyone shocked by this?

One of Anna Nicole Smith's doctors, Sandeep Kapoor, prescribed high dosages of Dilaudid, methadone and other sedatives to the late model. Dilaudid is described as "hospital heroin" and is an extremely dangerous drug, having the ability to stop people from breathing.

Kapoor was treating Smith for pain when her disease was mostly mental. He made visits to her home while she was on bed rest for a rib injury and continued to provide Anna with inappropriate amounts of medication for her particular ailment.

Although Kapoor wrote that he was "tapering off" the dosage of Dilaudid for Anna, records show that the dosages only increased. He only discontinued distribution of the drug to Anna at the end of that year, likely because of her infamous intoxicated appearance at the American Music Awards.

He also did not supply Anna with sedatives while she was pregnant, but after she was released Dr. Kapoor began writing prescriptions for her once again. Dr. James Gagne testified at Kapoor's trial saying:

"They're excessive. They're without medical basis, and they fly in the face of treatments. One presumes it was in response to requests from the patient for medication."

Sad, sad.

As part of the hearing to determine whether Howard K. Stern, psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor should face felony charges in the death of Anna Nicole Smith, a California pharmacist Ira Freemen testified that he flat out refused to fill a prescription for Smith.

A mere four days after her son died in September 2006, Eroshevich prescribed Anna high doses of painkillers, muscle relaxants and sedatives, which he viewed as "pharmaceutical suicide."

"If she got ahold of these medications, it could have fatal consequences," he testified.

And five months later, the pharmacist's predictions came true. She died from an overdose!

The prescription called for eight times the recommended dosage of a hypnotic sedative called Dalmane, prompting a toxicologist to state, "she is way out of her league on this."

Earlier this week, another psychiatrist testified that Anna continued to abuse prescription drugs when pregnant with her daughter, despite her efforts to quit.

So sad.

There may have been some debate over who her father was, but there is no question who her mother is - Danielynn is the spitting image of Anna Nicole Smith!

Very cute - and very big! Somewhere in the last three years she just shot up!

The little lady enjoyed an afternoon with her dad, Larry Birkhead, as they went pumpkin picking in Beverly Hills.

Thankfully, she seems happy, healthy, and bright! We think Anna would have been proud!
