Oh boy, here we go again!

The Incredible Expanding-And-Shrinking Woman – also known as Janet Jackson – has once again ballooned to epic proportions and epic fashion disasters.

At first glance, we thought it was the Hunchback of Notre Dame, but it’s only Miss Jackson (because we’re nasty!).

Janet was spotted leaving London club Mahiki on Tuesday night.

We’re not sure how she does it, but we’re pretty sure it can’t be good for her weight to constantly yo-yo. Maybe it’s the vertigo!
