More on Oprah's Fall...

We mentioned yesterday that Oprah Winfrey‘s ratings and magazine readership is sliding and that Ellen is hot on her tail for the top chat spot.

Well, there’s more to take into account!

Looks like O’s Emmy nominations were on the decline this year, too.

Oprah nabbed three nominations — all technical noms (lighting, sound, video control).

Ellen, on the other hand, received eight noms, including nominations for Best Talk Show Host and Outstanding Talk Show.

Ellen is the new queen of chat!

Update: Apparently Oprah didn’t submit her name for consideration, hence she’s not eligible.
