And, one of the main grievances in the divorce petition will be Alex Rodriguez‘s adultery and emotional abandonment.

Shockingly, Earle states as fact that Madonna and A-Rod have been having an affair and are “still together”.

Uhmmm, we hope he’s got some proof for that. You know, facts!

Madonna, just yesterday, herself personally denied that she had an affair with the Yankees star.

If Cynthia’s attorney can’t back up his claims, we smell a defamation lawsuit from Madge coming!
