Kelly Osbourne Cares About the Homeless, Especially When the Paps Are Around

Kelly Osbourne was approached for assistance by a homeless man outside of an LA-area Rite Aid on Wednesday.
Kelly O was happy to help out because she’s a good person….and it doesn’t hurt to be photographed by lurking paparazzi to be doing good.
The homeless should stick close to the paps!
