No, those aren’t white tattoos on black skin.

This is Michael Campbell, who, besides making a hobby of going to jail, also seems to possess a keen penchant for ink.

To the left is a photo of Campbell from a 2003 arrest in Jefferson County, Colorado, for theft.

To the right is a photo from his latest visit to the slammer – 6 weeks ago.

The bowtie on his neck is a nice touch, though we’re sure it was quite painful to acquire.

Not a very good strategy, however, for remaining anonymous.
