John Travolta’s son, 16-year-old Jett, died today, Friday.
Jett died while the family was on vacation in the Bahamas.
While circumstances surrounding the death are unknown, it can be surmised that it has something to do with Kawasaki disease, from which Jett reportedly suffered.
Not much is understood about Kawasaki disease, which is a condition that affects many parts of the body. It affects mostly boys under the age of 5. Its greatest complications are cardiac, which often lead to heart attack, even in children.
Our hearts go out to the Travolta family.
