Even with promised “surprise personal appearances” by the JoBros at random screenings, their 3-D film “experience” tanked big time this weekend!!!
The 3-D Concert Experience brought in nowhere near the projected $30-$40 million. In the end, it only earning Disney an estimated $12.7 million dollars in the U.S. Box Office!
How embarassing!!
Slutty Cyrus‘ Hannah Montana 3-D earned almost three times that amount in it’s opening weekend – and it was in about half as many theaters!
And, to add insult to injury, the Jonai failed to grab the #1 spot at the Box Office. Tyler Perry‘s Medea film is #1 yet again.
