Palin’s attorney, Thomas Van Flein, released a four-page letter (!) as a warning to all the media outlets that ran (or thought about running) with the “defamatory” story that Sexy Sarah “embezzled funds in the construction of a Wasilla, Alaska, sports arena” back in 2002.

Wrote Flein:
This is to provide notice to [Alaskan blogger] Ms. Moore, and those who republish the defamation, such as Huffington Post, MSNBC, The New York Times and The Washington Post, that the Palins will not allow them to propagate defamatory material without answering to this in a court of law.
