This has been a year-and-a-half long journey!

At the end of December of 2007, we said to ourself, “NO MORE!” And we set out on a mission to change our life and become healthier – for good.

Through lots of hard work and dedication, we think we look like a completely different person today. We are very happy with our results, and we’ve still got a lot of more work to do!

Going shirtless last 4th of July was a great motivator, and doing it again this year was a great way to hold us publicly accountable to ourself.
