Tom Cruise was photographed last week on the set of the new Ben Stiller film, Tropic Thunder, wearing a fat suit and a bald cap.

For some reason, the actor’s lawyer went ape shit and started threatening legal action against any media outlet that published the pic.

Thankfully, the Europeans don’t give a shit and they’ve gone ahead and printed it!
