The National Enquirer has the first photo of Patrick Swayze since news broke that he has the extremely fatal pancreatic cancer….

And he’s fucking smoking!!!!!!!!!!

The photo, taken this Monday, shows a gaunt-looking Swayze at a small airport in northern California.

And HE’S SMOKING!!!!!!! While he’s still getting treatment. This boggles our mind!

He is poisoning his body as he is trying to get better.

Maybe he’s just resigned himself to the sad fact that no matter what he does, he will likely die in a few months????

Sad.

It has been reported that Patrick had a disgusting THREE PACK A DAY cigarette habit.

NO ONE should be smoking that much!

You really shouldn’t be smoking at all, we think.

Smoking kills. Period.
